All products purchased from redbird.com.au come with a standard 3 month warranty by redbird.com.au unless specified otherwise. Warranty conditions are the same as those of the manufacturer.

If a product has been agreed by AM Online Trading to be returned for exchange the item must be returned in brand new condition not used in orginal boxing and postage cost must be payed by the purchaser for the return and returned within 7 days of purchase along with proof of purchase. The item will be checked before any exchange product is sent out. There must be correspondence with AM Online Trading before any item is returned for exchange no refund will be given only exchange or upgrade.

Watch batteries usually last 2 to 10 years.  Batteries are not covered under our warranty, although all watches will be in working order when delivered.
